| What You Will Need: 1 Cabbage, iron chain mail and bronze helmet |

| Begin Quest: Speak to Sir Amik Varze in Falador Castle |
1. After talking to Sir Amik Varze, he will tell you he needs help with something. (Before doing the next part, make sure you have your cabbage, chain mail, and helmet with you). |
2. Head to the Castle, Once at the Black Knights fortress, which is located north of Ice mountain put on your iron chainmail and your bronze medium helmet, and enter the west door. |
3. Once you enter the castle, learn your way around. Heres some help:

3.1 When you enter there is a wall, left click on it and select "Push Wall" |
3.2 Go up the ladder |
3.3 Climb down the other ladder |
3.4 Go to the 2 doors on the east and go through them |
3.5 Go up the ladder |
3.6 Climb down the ladder on the roof |
3.7 Next to a chaos alter you will see a door. Go through and down the ladder |
3.8 Walk on the path and when you see a hole type thing in the wall click it. |
4. Repeat the steps until your back where you began..

5. Go through the door to the east, the guard will warn you but forget him and go through. |
6. Go up the ladders |
7. Walk on the path until you see a a wall, push it open. Use the cabbage on the hole in the wall. |
8. After you've done that, head back to Sir Amik and claim your reward |
