| Begin Quest: Lazim, directly south of the Bandit camp, around the
plateau. |
1. Once you have found Lazim, he will tell you that he was once a
sculptor and wants you to help him craft another rune, he will ask you to
collect 32kg of sandstone for him. To do this go a little south and you will
find a mine, prospect the rock until you find Sandstone, mine the rock and
collect the weight he asks for. Take the lumps back to him and he will give you
a large lump in return, use a chisel on this and put it next to Lazim.
2. He will now ask for 20kg worth of stone, bring this back and again he will
give you one large rock instead, again use your chisel on it and use the body on
the last piece of rock you got for him. Talk to Lazim, he will say that the
statue is not yet complete, use a chisel on the statue, it will shape a little.
He will now want a head, you can choose from a list of heads. Mine some granite
and use a chisel on the granite, you must make the head which you told Lazim you
would make. make sure you take some extra granite as you will need it in the
quest.
3. Talk to Lazim, the statue will fall through the floor and you will end up ina
strange temple. use the chisel on the statue to take its limbs, Lazim will
already have the head. Take the M and continue using the southern passage. The
doors will all need either a part of the statue to open or one of the letters,
When you open the door you will see a cutscene. Continue through to the next
room and take the R, from here head west, you will see another cutscene. Take
the K, and head east to the central room. Here use your M on the door and go up
the ladder.
4. Use your soft clay on the pedestal in the centre of the room, then use a
chisel on your granite, which will be the same as the mould. Place the camel
head on the pedestal, and watch the cutscene.
5. Head to the east and light your candle, examine the braziers and place the
item it asks for in it. Logs, Coal and candle.
6. Go to the North east room, Use a wind spell on the furnace. Head to the North
west room and give the cake to the old man called Pentyn. You can now proceed
through the magical barrier.
7. Go up the ladder, head south and you will come across a bone guard, use
crumble undead on it, then continue on your way, climb over his bones to get
down the ladder.
8. For the next bit, put protect from melee on and talk to the skeleton, he will
ask for your helm. Search the rubble nearby for sandstones weighing 5kg, and
place them on the wall, and then use a chisel on the wall, you will need to
repeat this 3 times to complete the wall. Once the wall is done watch the
cutscene and then talk to the skeleton again to complete the quest. |
