| Quest Start: Mage Arena (In level 55 wild) |
Description: This mini quest lets you to learn 3 new magic spells and get 3 new staves.
You may teleport to a high level part of the wilderness useing the lever located
west of East Ardougne. [ Map ] |
Inventory:1. Any kind of mage boosting armor.
2. Air Staff OR Fire staff
3. 15-20
lobsters.
4. 100-150 death runes.
5. 1 Prayer pot
6. Runes, of course.
If you take an air staff bring fire runes, if you take a fire staff bring air
runes.

Fighting
1. Talk to Kolodion. (You must have 60 magic in order to talk to him.)
2. After talking with him, he will teleport you into the Mage Arena.
3. Your
strength bonuses will be decreased to zero so, you can only use magic spells.
You may also use potection from mage.
4. After finishing, talk to kolodion
and step into the sparkling pool. |
Getting the Staff
Your first staff is free!
Talk to the Chamber Guardian, and choose the
staff you want to use. - do not buy it. You need to pray at a God statue -
through the tunnel.

Zamorak Statue
After choosing, pray at the statue. The cape will be right beside you. Now, you
may choose your staff. You may only have one god cape at a time. If you
drop/lose your cape you will have to pray at the statue again.
All staffs are 80,000gp. (80k)

Before Leaving
Before leaving, ask Kolodion, "How can I use my new spells outside of the arena?
He will say that you must cast it 100 times, while inside the arena. (NOTE-the
god of the same cape your wearing will NOT attack you. You may also be killed by
players in there so, be careful!
