| What You Will Need: Another player who hasn't completed the quest
already and 20-40 coins |
| Reward: 1 Quest point and 2 certificates that can be sold for 600
gold coins |
| Begin Quest: Speak with Reldo in the Varrock Castle Library |
1. Speak with Reldo in the Varrock Castle Library and he'll
inform you about the Sheild of Arrav. You'll be asked to find a book on one of
the shelves. The book is about the Black Arm Gang and Phoenix Gang, read it (or
just pretend too). Talk to Reldo again and you'll be asked to speak with Baraek.
2. Baraek can be found in the Varrock marketplace. You'll have to bribe
him with 20 gold pieces in order to be told about both gangs.
3. Then speak with Tramp (located in the south west alley of Varrock).
Question him about what's behind the alley and he'll tell you about the Black
Arm Gang.
4. You may either choose to join the Black Arm gang or the Phoenix gang.
Reguardless of what you choose make sure your partner chooses the opposite gang.
Black Arm Gang Path:
a1. Katrine will ask you to steal Phoenix Crossbows. Have your partner
use the key, he obtain from joining the Phoenix gang, on the locked storage
building, have them steal some Phoenix crossbows, and give them to you so you
can give them to Katrine.
a2. When Katrine is given the crossbows she'll let you access the second
floor. Go upstairs and search the cupboard fo rthe other Sheild piece.
Phoenix Gang Path:
b1. Speak with Baraek, then head to the Phoenix Gang's Hideout (Map: It's
small house with the dungeon symbol in Varrock) and talk with Straven. When you
ask if you can join the guild you'll be given an assignment. You'll be asked to
kill Jonny the beard in order to obtain a scroll (You'll find him at the Blue
Moon Inn).
b2. Once you've done that return to him and he'll grant you enterance.
Snag the shield piece from the chest in the bedroom.
4. Have your friend give you the other piece of the Arrav shield, then
talk to the King of Varrock (located in his castle). You'll be asked to go the
the museum in order to prove the shield's identity.
5. Go to the museum to check and see if what you have is actually the
sheild pieces of Arrav (don't worry, they're real). You'll be given two scroll
that you'll have to return to the king in order to recieve your reward. |
