How to use the ENCHANTED CATSPEAK
AMULET (CatSpeak Amulet(e))
1: Open the amulet (Right Click
on CatSpeak Aumlet select Open)
2: Use the
cat's Whiskers hairs to control the amulets Marker.
3: When the eye's shine
and the mouth opens you are either near or you are pointing in the right
direction, walk into that direction and try again until you reach Bob the cat.
(Bob the cat could be anywhere in RunScape
you will have to find him)
CatSpeak Amulet(e):
When Bob isn't in range Click on whiskers to move marker.
When Bob is in range or the markers on the Amulet
are pointing to Bob's location it will animate like so.
Start:
Items
needed: catspeak amulet(e), cat/kitten, 5 death runes
Put on your
catspeak amulet and speak to Unferth. He is in north-west Burthorpe east of the
games room castle. He will tell you his cat 'Bob" hasn't been home and he is
worried. You decide to help find Bob. Unferth tells you to speak to Hild who
maybe able help you locate Bob. She will tell you she can make you catspeak
amulet into a cat locator in this case a Bob locator. But she will need 5 death
runes hand them over and she will enchant your catspeak amulet into a catspeak amulet(e)
Hunt for Bob:
Items
Needed: catspeak amulet(e), Varrock teleport runes (optional)
Find Bob
using the locating device. When you do talk to him to find he is in love with a
cat named "Neite" but she cannot love a cat with no family. Bob tell you he
knows nothing of his family he only remembers being left on Gertrudes door step
as a kitten, now walk or teleport to Varrock.
Gertrude and Reldo:
Items Needed: Catspeak
amulet(e)
Speak to Gertrude the cat lady just west outside Varrock she
only knows what Bob told you. You think Bob life fits with the legend of a hero
called Robert the Strong. You ask Gertrude about this and she tell you Reldo at
Varrock library go speak to Reldo in Varrock palace library he will tell you the
story of Robert the Strong.
Forgetful
Bob:
Items Needed: Catspeak amulet(e), Amulet of Glory or Ring
Dueling(optional)
Make your way back to Bob. He knows nothing of Robert
the Strong. Your cat will suggest speaking to the Sphinx in Sophanem who may be
able to access Bobs memory.
Rise of a
Hero:
Items Needed: catspeak amulet(e), waterskin(30gp), shanty pass
ticket(5gp)400gp for magic carpet ride (optional).
Speak to the sphinx in
the middle of Sophanem. He will move us to a more privet place and summon Bob
then hypnotize him.. Cutscene ..
Bob will ask to take care of Unferth and
hand you a list of chores.
Chores:
Items Needed:
Catspeak amulet(e), chocolate cake, bucket of milk, shears, rake, 4 potato seeds,
1 log (any type), tinderbox, seed dibber. (chocolate
cake recipe can be found in house Search the Bookcase for it, or use chocolate
on a normal cake)
To do
list:
Tidy House - Make Bed.
Warm Human -
Use the log's on the fire place then light with tinder box.
Feed Human -
Use Chocolate Cake on table and then the bucket of milk on table.
Tidy Human -
Use shears on Unferth. (You will only need to use them
on him once, he should end up bald.)
Tend Garden -
rake weeds, plant potato seed's no need for water or compost. wait till they
grow, they have to be fully grown before Tend Garden will be crossed off the list
when they are fully grown check list. (if you have
done every thing your cat will let you know)
Mystery Illness:
Items Needed: catspeak
amulet(e), Varrock teleport runes (optional)
After finishing the chores
speak to Unferth he say's he is ill. Go to Varrock talk to the Apothecary he
will say Unferth is a hypochondriac (it is all in his
head), and will tell you to pretend your the Nurse/Doctor & offer you
a Nurse or Doctor's hat, & tell you to give him a vial of water wearing the
hat you picked with white robes( I used desert
robe's)
The Super Cure:
Items Needed: catspeak amulet(e), water filled vail, white robes,
Nurses/Doctors hat
Go back to Burthorpe and talk to Unferth (pretending your a Doctor/Nurse) you will give him
the water vial telling him it will cure
him he will feel better.
Bob and
Unferth:
Items Needed: catspeak amulet(e)
Go find Bob he will be
around locate him with the CatSpeak Amulet(e), talk to him & see the Cutscene...
You & your cat think you should
go back to let Unferth know Bob is fine.
Now head back to Unferth he will
tell you Bob has been back and he didn't even need your help..............
But............ he found a package under his bed with your name on it? (must be from Bob)
